what are the rules on the Drafting of College players by MLB? I know We have lost prospects to the Draft but I thought there was a moritorium on this. Also We get JC transfers more than any other sport , so who is vunerable our Freshmen?

High school and JC prospects are always eligible. Once a four-year college player attends one class, the have to be on campus three years to be draft eligible.

Draft-eligible players include:
Niko Fraser, Chris Bresnahan, Garrett Koster, Jordan Darnell, Jake Luce, Grant McCoury, Spencer Medick, Kyle Webb, Andrew MacDonald, Alex Swim, Dylan Clark, Jim Stokes and Nate Young. I think that's all of them.

Where did you see a good spot that you can search by the school they are from? I was trying to look right at the mlb.com draft tracker and it didn't have that search option.
