Davidson is a fluke. How else can you explain it.

Fluke or no fluke. They are in a Super Regional. We have had three straight losing seasons. It hurts. End of story.

Davidson has 2.75 funded scholarships for baseball. But Davidson has a LOT of ACADEMIC MONEY. They don't have bad baseball players just because they don't have 11.7 scholarships, they just have very intelligent ones. The average student with an adjusted family annual household income of $150,000 receives $31,800 annually in grants. That leaves just over $30k for the student. If the family income is under $100k, The education is nearly free. This is for the average NON-ATHLETE student.
The caveat is that the players must be accepted. There is no special consideration for athletes.
An intelligent baseball player will pay less to go to Davidson than an in state student will pay for a 65% baseball scholarship athlete will pay for a school in the UNC system, dependent upon family income.
