Neither Poser nor Radja are CAA caliber players. At least one of the 5 scholarships should have targeted an athletic “big”. I repeat, who is our third assistant?

I’m not worried about the height stuff. Our league is not full of tall front courts. We need to be focused on great guard play and adding some athletes. The CAA is a wing driven league. 100% Great guard play also gets mid majors wins in the NCAA tournament.

The third assistant will arrive sooner than later, but there's no rush. The open scholarships are filled. Last week was a dead period and right now is a quiet period for recruiting that lasts through most of June. Coach Schrage can take his time. There are a lot of quality assistants out there and it's the time of year where a good number of those third AC and administrative jobs are open across the mid majors. I have zero complaints about how they filled out the roster. The team will be a little undersized in the post, but the game is moving away from traditional posts and they added a lot of athleticism on the wings.
