Liked the way they rebounded from letting Maine get back into things and got 10 more points. Good win after a tough week for the team.

On another note that will put us going into next year on a 2 game win streak on the road.

Great job of running the ball at the end of the game.

these guys really went through Hell this week, like Churchill said "When going through Hell go straight through it" sowed a lot of seeds for the future, playing with great heart. However the team played very smart. Some lapses but it seemed like the guys picked each other up. Don't know but the spirit of #10 may have had something to do w/ that missed extra point. Ya think?

According to the Times News, four of the seven receivers stayed home. And Skrosky said he's ok with that.
That doesn't sound like the hateful ego maniac you're trying to describe. That sounds like a man who understands there's more to life than playing a football game. Important players missed a critical practice because they were looking for Allison, at the very least with the coach's blessing. That sounds like a coach who puts the well being of his players who are going through an emotional crisis over the need to win a game, which is his job, by the way.

I would encourage you to curtail the slander.

100% agree Homer. It's a bug charge and accusation and really has no place being posted here

First off:
* Great win for th kids. They have been through a lot. Happy for everyone who is inside of the program.
Now to some thoughts after watching the game.
* Why does Thomposon start this game? Baffling. He goes out and throws an INT and is taken out. Why???
* CC should be our QB. End of story.
* The D played well. The start they helped us get was huge.
*We still have some issues on O. We had five straight drives in the second half without a first down. That will lead to rough games if the other team scores.
Let's close this out against Delaware. Five wins would be great.
Lastly, people who have the gall to say things in light of the death of a player. Making it personal by attacking the coach/coaches have no place near the program. Talk about selfish-your desires for your friend/son to play and the cause of a death of his teammate do not connect.
Shame on you.

....Edit
I sure as heck do not wish to be piling on this topic as it has changed from the thread Maine game. When a visitor/ guest posts accusations one has to take them with a grain of salt. Ray Charles can see that a current players parent or is dealing with grief and mourning on a tragic situation. Youth suicide is hard to take and one can speculate all they want. Something went awfully wrong with Demetri and We will probably never know. We have a members only section that one can state their issues so that trollers and guests are kept out like We should be kept out of the locker room. Our guys went out yesterday with heavy hearts and on the road rallied and came together. The win was secondary. Lady in Red you can keep hate and blame in your heart. I just know #10 for me will be remembered fondly, I just wish We knew the reason He did it, I know it was not worth it. Lastly I am not even going to address your comments on the Head Coach.

I was exceedingly proud of the team yesterday. They came together and did what had to be done for our 4th win of the season. I hope those that didn't make the trip will be able overcome the horrible events of last week. I love all these players & hope they let the bad go and embrace the memories of what a great teammate and friend that Demitri was.
