According to Verbal Commits Seth Wright is transferring and Ikenna Ndugba is going pro. I can't find comfirmation that Wright is transferring anywhere, though I assumed he wouldn't be back. Ndugba posted on his Twitter account about the agents representing him and it seems he's looking to play overseas. Of course we already knew Poser was turning pro as well.
I was kind of hoping Ndugba would take advantage of the extra year of eligibilty and come back, but I certainly can't blame him for deciding to move on.
Here's my guess at how things shake out at the start of the season:
McIntosh (25) Wooten (15) Ervin (25) McIntosh (5) Noord (5) Woods (25) Watson (5) Michael (10) Watson (20) Michael (15) Hannah (5) Graham (30) Hannah(10)
I'm assuming JGB won't be ready to go until the winter break, otherwise I'd have him in the starting lineup in Watson's place.
This would have a minutes breakdown of: McIntosh 30 Graham 30 Ervin 25 Woods 25 Watson 25 Michael 25 Hannah 15 Wooten 15 Noord 5

I think he will eat into Ervin's minutes a good amount. I sort of worry coming back from an ACL and just being out of gametime for almost 2 years will take a bit to get up to speed. I also can see Watson being Shef-like. Not saying he will produce Shef type numbers, but any down transfer from a decent SEC school will be very capable of scoring and playing a lot in the CAA.

I did forget Burford. That's a big oversight on my part. He'd probably eat up most of the minutes I alloted Noord and Wooten. I don't know what to expect from Watson, tbh. He could have a Shef-like season, which would be amazing or it could be something else. There are plenty of instances of kids with a good rating out of high school going to a power six conference, transferring down and it being evident they just aren't cut out for college ball. I am in no way saying I think that's Watson. I am really hopeful he'll do well, but am not going to set my expectations that high.

Given the depth the team *should* have next year, I don't think there will be a ton of minutes for the freshmen. I just don't see Schrage going past a nine man rotation. If Sherry can crack the rotation I'd be excited cause there is a lot of talent in front of him.

Since Ndugba is moving on, I think we'll see more from Noord than we're expecting here. Especially as the season progresses.

I agree with you ncjon about Sherry. I think he's been brought in to be the Simon Wright role, but unless he's shooting the 3PT at a high percentage on limited usage I'm not sure he will get too much playing time. For Noord, I don't really know what to expect either. He seems to have the body to compete at D1 level right away, but obviously with Burford/McIntosh as the 2 lead ball handlers it will be tough to crack the rotation.

I think Schrage wants everyone on the floor to be able to handle the ball, including forwards. The question is more who runs the plays. McIntosh was originally brought in as a SG rather than a PG. With the lack of personnel in 2018-2019, the PG position just fell into McIntosh's lap. Ndugba was the primary PG last season & I think Burford and Noord will see action as PG. Mac will be there too, but Noord is being brought in as a primary PG I think. Regardless, I don't think Mac or Burford will be lacking in playing time.

Add 6'11" grad transfer Andrew Junkin from Miss. State to the mix:

Glad they added some much needed height. This guy played only a few games with 2 or 3 minutes per game while at Mississippi St. I am not discouraged by this as we have seen these power school guys drop a level or two to CAA caliber players and they excel. I do not think this will be any different. I do not think Schrage would have brought him here is he did not think he would be a contributor. I don't see Sheffield type numbers but I would bet he will be a huge help for our team and I am happy to see the addition.

He should have three years of eligibilty remaining, which is strange for a grad transfer but also means there's potentially opportunity for growth. He redshirted one year and had limited playing time in two seasons before graduating/transferring. With the bonus year everyone who played this year gets, he should have up to three left.
