Well, Richmond's QB did throw for 350+ and 5 TDs Yes, you read right. Defense held Tribe to 3 points in the second half, and Hampton destroyed! If he doesn't get CAA offensive player of the week, then there is no justice in the conference. W&M's four turnovers (to our one) didn't hurt either. However, the assessments of our play-calling are accurate.

Great win! Was there with a couple of others and when they opted to go for it over kicking the FG in the 3rd quarter I thought they were done. As good as the offense was in the 4th, the defense was great again in the 2nd half. If they could string together a whole game they could be really really good. Nice to see the staff making the right adjustments at half. Keep it rolling.

Great win! Credit to the defense for locking down the tribe in the second half and the offense for making the big plays when needed. Richmond up next. Keep the good times rolling!

Great game. Was there with a crew. I wouldn’t trade the outcome for better defensive play in the 1st half, but a LOT of W&M’s receptions in that first half were due to blown coverage on our part. Worst officiating team I’ve seen in years. To many no calls on W&M holding that made big differences. One call that was obviously a catch & fumble was called incomplete. But the good news is they were bad for both teams according to posters on the W@M board.
This team has improved every game. McKay and the receiver corps are “precision clutch”. That’s the only way o can describe it. Hampton is stellar and the other rbs do a great job too. It all is made possible by the best OL group we’ve ever had.
Our DL and LB crew always locks it down against excellent opponent OL. The DBs get the job done when it’s critical they do so.
The special teams are also unarguably the best we’ve had as a D1 team. Excited to see what this team can do the rest of the year!

No joy re: Hampton. CAA named two co-offensive players of the week. Good news is that Marcus Hillman is defensive player of the week.
