Another big game here for the Phoenix. It is going to sound cliche but the games after this lose value if they slip up here. Really hoping to see McKay and Co. find a rhythm early and often to put pressure on RI. Defense needs to continue their strong play. Just like last week, I would love to see 4 clean, consistent quarters of football, but I’ll gladly take a survival win and move on. Once again, it should be a solid game.
Go Phoenix.

All other things staying the same, if we get our running game back we should take this game. Keys to victory: 1- 120 yards rushing from Hampton, 60 yards rushing from McKay, 50 yards rushing from Dixie. 2- ZERO drive killing penalties. 3- ZERO turnovers.
2 may be more important than 1 or 3.

I like your keys. If RBs are hot, we won't need QB to run that much. Honestly, I don't want him running much anyway. Besides the fact that he's coughed up some fumbles when running, I cringe when he runs because I fear injury. I know we're only supposed to focus on the game in front of us, but somebody has to be thinking about the games after that. If McKay goes down, we're done.
URI will test our DBs. If DBs and O-line have a good game, we can win. CAA games can always go either way.
Go, Phoenix!

DB’s were fairly healthy last week, so they should be on all systems go Saturday.

Kind of expecting Torrence Williams back this week too. He warmed up in pads last Saturday, but apparently decided he couldn't go.

Also, very interestingly, there has been a fair amount of shuffling of the offensive skill positions in Rhody's depth chart. Not sure if that really means anything.

FUN FACT!!
This will be the 3rd Former University of Maryland QB we've faced in the past 3 weeks. Kaseem Hill was a highly recruited QB coming out of HS but two ACL injuries ended his 2 seasons at MD where he was actually the starting QB.
Will be another good test for us and only gets us better as a team. Like the fight this team shows every week.
Lets Go Elon!!

WTF Folmar! We need some creativity on a 4th down and our own 38. Has our OL shown the ability to block for short yardage up the middle? PLEASE learn from this. JEEZ!!

Ditto. We cannot beat good teams with this coordinator calling plays like this. Our defense has not shown up today.

Looks like this team is just not ready to play today. A really lackadaisical blah effort. We also seem to never have our best 11 out there on either offense or defense.

Just give Hampton the ball for the rest of the game.

Love when things are rough, we get some fire on here. Hate the situation. The offense needs to be in tempo and I think a quicker pace benefits them.

Dang it. McKay is struggling out there today.
