Campbell going to Big South for football and to offer scholarships.
Just more competition for the same kids.... more trouble for us

Putting aside our football woes recently, I would like to see some sort of home and home scheduling agreement with them down the road. Easy trip for visiting fans. Has the potential to be a fun local rivalry if things ever get turned around.
Go Phoenix!

Lets put them on the schedule for next year, also in MBB. I would love to see us do a contract with them for a home and home. I have been to two of Campbell's football games the past two years (have a niece on their cheerleading squad) and they have more enthusiasm, passion and exciting football then we do right now. Their stands (even against Chowan and Butler) were full and they are middle of the pack in their conference. Big difference than the product and support the past few seasons at Elon (and I am a long-time season ticket holder and supporter). IMHO would replace Fayetteville State or GW with Campbell.

You bet. They also have a great BB arena and a solid baseball program. Great non conference opportunity.
