App State would have an argument, except they lost to us and UNCG. College of Charleston could have an argument. I think Davidson would have gotton in if they didnt have the automatic bid.
So, does the SoCon deserve two bids? Or, should App and Charleston both go to the NIT?

i think app should get a bid they had a great season. But this is the socon, we have always been a 1 bid conf. So i think come sunday app will be going to the NIT

It would be nice to see the SoCon get two bids but it is probably unlikely. Since Davidson was the regular season champ (I think), the SoCon will not get an automatic bid to the NIT. I wonder how the SoCon will fare with NIT bids??

I think that the SoCon will need to have a few more years with power from top to bottom to become a two bid conference, jmo.

I'd love to see ASU get an NCAA bid. This is the strongest ASU team I've seen. It'd be a shame for them to not get a shot. But I think they are headed to the NIT. Charleston will staying home. Their Sagarin/Pomeroy/RPI numbers just don't support a bid.

its a shame it worked out like that, but id have to agree. especally after last nights ACC games. all the lower seads winning, those bubble seads will be going there way

as much as i despice some app fans, i will say not all are like i origionally thought. Plus when it goes post season I become a Socon fan. GL app and Davidson make the Socon proud
