YEP - Commish said this past March at the tournament that it was going to stay there. I hate to hear they followed through. It is in a God Awful neighborhood. No where to eat around there so between afternoon and evening sessions you have to vacate the building well it is a Subway ride or Uber to get food and your not making it back in time for the 6pm tip. The food selection in the arena is awful. Only a couple of things to choose from. The arena is in Congress Heights and when you tell people that is where you are going they look at you as if to say "Good Luck", DC is so expensive and now with an added day for games will make it even more expensive. Guess it is what it is.

The neighborhood is way bad, I agree. The venue however is the perfect size. How about the Greensboro Coliseum Fieldhouse (where the G League Storm play)? Similar size as DC, and now with A&T and Campbell in the conf, I think attendance would be equal or even slightly better than DC.
