We played the best first half of basketball I've seen us play all year against G yesterday!

I hate to be the negative one, but that does nothing for me and for the team. This loss stung. UNCG is not as good as they were picked to be. When they lose Hines, UNCG will be in rebuilding mode. We had our chance.

I have to agree with OTA on this one. This inconsistent play is not going to take the team very far. It seems like every game this year is a tale of two halves. Let's try and put together a complete game like they did against Georgia State and the results will be much better. No moral victories here.
Go Phoenix!

yes it does hurt but how many games have we been blow out.... 0 con 1 total. far from the worse team in the conf. we are on the brink of finding something and we have a young team.

Sadly posts are inanimate and sarcasm can't be seen sometimes.
It makes perfect sense now. When I see it now, I get you what you're saying.
The fact we only had 1,200 for a TV game that MOST EVERYBODY can see I think speaks volumes about where the basketball program is right now. About 100-150 or so were UNCG fans and for the little bit I heard, they seemed to dominate the crowd. We may win 10 this year, but the apathy (which doesn't include this board) is becoming so overwhelming we may never get that new arena.
EFF, we have enough seniors where we are not THAT young of a team. The Citadel, now that is a younnnnnng team. We're not young, but we ain't that old, either. Either way, this cannot be happening.
