When you consider that App, as an example, has walk on players that pay the same tuition as one of our players that has a 77.5% scholarship, it really makes you appreciate what Kennedy has done over the years to make this program a consistent winner. Great point FC!, Coach Kennedy has done a great job! This year should be a good example of a Team with a balanced make-up of 4 yr & JUCO recruiting. Baseball does get the screws put to it in the funding arena (Non-Revenue Sport). The sport is at the mercy of University funding decisions and whatever "outside" money they can acquire. Of course it doesn't hurt when, like App St, your enrollment is in the Ten-thousands and you have a $ generating Football or Basketball program. What Elon Sports program has provided the most consistent performance & success over the last 10 Yrs?

Well there is one way to help. When you make your donations to PC designate it to baseball. Help Kennedy and his staff build and keep a nationaly ranked program

Agreed about how hard the staff has to work to get kids. Similar problem Swepson has in football. Tuition prices hurt us with walk-ons.
Kennedy is a magician.

There is now an article on the website about the fall series. Just a brief overview of the 3 games, but better than nothing.

I like that late season non-conference series, especially against a quality team. It gives the opportunity for quality wins, which are always good for the resume in trying to make the post-season.
