They have won 10 of 12 over the past 4 weekends to get to the top of the SoCon standings. The next 6 games are all non-conference games - a home and home with #1 ranked UNC, UNCW at home and a three game weekend series against a good Louisville team - all of which are top 50 RPI teams.

Will be a big rpi help. Don't forget our upcoming gsu series. Which happens to be the sat after my honeymoon. Might be a side trip in order from Hilton head

Though they have lost a number of OOC games, they are looking fairly good IN conference at the moment.

The top 3 of the conference are who I thought they would be, just not in the current order.

There are 4 series left in conference, and numerous tough OOC games remaining....

The way the selections for the tournament work - winning some of these big OOC games to push up the RPI work is just as important as finishing top 3 in SoCon, which I think would be the low mark this year for an at large. Best case scenario is pushing the RPI up into the low 40's and being top 2 in SoCon.

Of course if the team goes down to Greenville and wins the conference tournament you don't leave it up to anyone else...

Well that stretch went about as badly as it could - lost them all. Back to the conference now and will really need to win the conference at this point to make it to the postseason.

Hi guys, haven't been keeping up this year. I thought this was going to be a slightly down year, but I didn't expect things to go like the past few weeks. Also noticed, we've barely won any out of conference games.

Sadly, the SoCon seems down overall this year. For the first time in a long long time they're looking at being a 1 bid league.
