Here's more validation of Bryant being a monster:
RICHMOND, Va. – Elon University's Elijah Bryant has been named the Colonial Athletic Association Men's Basketball Co-Player of the Week in addition to Rookie of the Week, the league office announced today, Jan. 5. Bryant shares the player of the week award with Northeastern's T.J. Williams. In Elon's inaugural CAA game, Bryant poured in a career-high 32 points and grabbed a season-best seven rebounds as the Phoenix posted a 77-67 road victory over Drexel on Saturday. It was the most points by an Elon player since 2012 and was Bryant's third game with 20+ points this season. He finished 10-of-20 from the floor, including 3-of-4 from three, and made 9-of-10 at the free throw line. He leads all CAA freshmen in scoring with 13.9 points per game. Bryant has earned rookie of the week honors four times this season. Bryant is the second Phoenix player to earn CAA Player of the Week laurels this year, as Luke Eddy earned the conference's weekly honor on Dec. 15. Elon returns to action tonight at 7 p.m. in Towson, Md., against the Towson Tigers.
I can't help but feel a little bad for Dawkins, (and Eddy). With just a little more help on the post, this could be one of Elon's best teams of all time. Can you imagine the team with Eddy & Bryant doing what they do, Samson as the long range bomber and a strong post player...

The good news is all of those guys will presumably be playing next year. Throw Santa Ana into the mix and the future looks bright. I think Thompson has a ton of potential as well.
Congrats to Bryant. He could be first team all conference at this rate.
Also have to recognize the ladies, who are playing really well. Charlotte Smith has put together a really strong team.
Go Phoenix!
