the I guess We can start from looking at the roster on the website I am not privy to injuries and healing schedules Freshmen First year players not yet enrolled will NOT be counted yet but I am sure they are on the coaches mind to be counted upon.

It'll be interesting to see how things come out of spring practices. Obviously, we would expect those that saw lots of playing time last year to participate significantly again. For the DBs, who wouldn't expect Blair to play a huge role? Same with Gloston.
April is going to be a critical time for this team. I really hope things solidify greatly and they come out of the spring game playing better and feeling more confident than this time last year.

agreed that 5th year #2 Williams is a leader on and off the field
#8 Blair is a stud and #30 Galloway got early playing time coming from a Top Ga. Program. our special team coverage and return talent ought to come from this group to give us better speed over-all Speed should be a great priority this Spring Session.

I'd say the secondary is going to be a strength on this team.

#91 300lb Rutgers Transfer Marquise Wright returns at a nose tackle position #93 Rob Sullivan is a 5th yr guy at DE always liked this kids toughness #94 Nick Groll needs a healthy season #98 Chris Jones needs to get on the field and step up to all the hype from his signing day #56 Mike Warren as well needs to be healthy and productive lots of Jr's in this group should provide some rotation if healthy which has been hard to do. 14 counting 1st year should be better competition I need to look at stats from '14 season on pt/ tackles

DL is a big question mark for me. I have no idea what to expect.

basically NT, DT tech 3, & DE are positions that We use to have to defend the triple option offenses, Most of the CAA seems to run a more powerful run game but a lot's of variation. big physical O-Lines have overwhelmed us and a lack of speed to the ball is indicative of a poor defense the last couple of seasons. We just may may have improved by our losses to graduations, our incoming guys are already coming in bigger so our biggest plus is our numbers. For one thing We just have to be really tough in the trenches

Looks like some good experience returning at both DL and DB. Let's hope the coaching staff can do a good job with player development.

Just looked at the 2014 defensive stats and I'm a little shocked by what I saw. Outside of Spain, very few of the teams top tacklers are gone. Most returning. That bodes very well, I think.

This could be a young, strong core of the defense. Neither Bruno nor Jackson were redshirted last year. That tells me they expect significant contribution from those two.
