I'm not sure I want to know the details, but there is a vast, vast spectrum of behavior that can be classified as a sex offense these days. The article mentions groping.
I get the sense we are in some kind of gray area here. Otherwise, I would think the police and university would have done something.
None of what I say should be construed to justify any kind of sexual aggression. I'm just saying I had in my mind something bordering on rape as I read the first 80% of the article and then the only detail listed is groping.
This story is missing quite a few pertinent details, so it would be best to withhold judgment. But this certainly seems to be a story that needs to be pursued further.

Smith Jackson letter states this player was disciplined in Spring 2014 reinstated so this matter was resolved a year ago Hamzlick retweeted on his twitter page. issue closed IMHO

But nor formal charges, but school discipline always sounds fishy. Getting to the point where boys should just stay away from girls,too much risk in USA
