I'm sure it will be beautiful.
However, we better take the next step or it's going to be about half full after the first couple of games.
Just being honest.

The best part will be that there are 2 courts for the athletics teams not have to fight with rec classes and what not.

What a beautiful Arena we'll have. Too bad it will be half full on a good day.

No shortage of construction going on on campus this summer. I knew the East Gym area was in the plans, but had no idea they would be starting that soon and that it would include the tennis center. Sankey Hall prep has started as well I think, which isn't even listed. www.elon.edu/e-net/Article/149837Go Phoenix!

Wait to winter when we announce our new Ice Hockey team Building a retractable roof for outdoor hockey. Looks like we are actually building a place for hockey. By that i am guessing its the club roller hockey league but it still will be nice to have a place on campus for them Phoenix Activities & Recreation Center II (PARC II) Work on this new center on the South Campus began in spring semester, with construction crews now completing the foundation. Called PARC II for now, the facility will be similar to the PARC in the Danieley Center and is being built to replace East Gym, which was removed to make way for new residence halls at East Neighborhood. A view of the foundation for the new PARC II. With 11,000 square feet, PARC II will connect to the South Campus Gym and will include a large playing court to be used for basketball, indoor soccer and hockey, along with support spaces and spectator seating. The facility will be accompanied by about 70 parking spaces, and is expected to be completed by August 2018.
