Matt Brady will be a nice addition and gives experience which the other guys do not have, especially at the Division 1 level. Brady you may remember was a former coach for James Madison and had success there. He also has head coaching experience with Marist and is know to be a pretty good recruiter. He has spent his last 5 years as an Assistant at Maryland. I like this hire. The Brady hire makes me feel a lot better about this coaching staff.
