I was definately referring to CoC and their loss to Wofford.
Congrats to Elon on your fine win over GSU to stay in the winners bracket. GSU is another team I'm glad to see in the losers bracket.
I just hope we can join you there tomorrow, The Citadel is always tough at home.

Where'd you hear that rumor? I'd love for the SoCon tourney to rotate among First Horizon in Greensboro, Knight's Stadium in Charlotte, Riley Park in Charleston, and maybe McCormick Field in Asheville.

El Cid staves off a ninth inning rally and hangs on to beat Western 7-2. Although the crowd will be in their favor, this outcome is probably the best for us as they will have to go with their third starter (Matt Reifsnider appears to be the guy, he's 3-4 with a 5.49 ERA). I assume it's going to be Romanowicz for us, but correct me if you know otherwise.

i was talking to a few people at the wofford series who were saying that the cit contract is up for renewal and the socon is looking to move. I dont think it would rotate but yes when i say gboro i mean first horizion park. Could do knights castle but i radther wait till we get the new one downtown to showcase that off

GSU rallies in the 8th and 9th to take the win nocking off WCU. This makes us the top seed. If wee can get the job done we can extend the post season. Come on boys lets play ball. ! note with the delays of the previous 2 games its looking like we will be pushed back 30-60 min unless the next game is a fast one.

Looking at past results, it looks like this is the first time since 1991 that the top seed dropped its first two games. And the first time that the top two seeds have ever gone 0-2.
