I'll be there with the family.
I have to say that I find it ironic that you guys work to pick up the series after we started our nose dive, you wouldn't pick it up when we were playing well.

We need a good local rivalry game, home and home every 2 years or so , C Central is down and out and A&T is trending upward, Crap I do not want to play have nots, When We played A&T the first time and whipped their Arse 40-7 it gave us respect like our furman Win. A&T will not be better than Ga. Tech so I expect them to compete and play well

A&T beat App...in Boone. Not sure if App is quite the powerhouse they've been in the past years but I really hope A&T doesn't blow us out.

Beating App at the Rock is a huge feat. Congrats to A&T on that accomplishment.
I wish I could come to the game, but will be unable to attend. This is the one series I am extremely excited was revived.

I think the biggest change is that we have new athletic leadership that values this rivalry differently than previous administrations. I've always thought the two schools should battle each other, no matter what.

Haven't missed a game yet. My wife and I will be making the drive up. Im glad to see this series restarted but what A&T did to APP scares me. We need to be on our top game this weekend. Hopefully a good amount of students will make the trip over.

Looking forward to the short drive to Greensboro. I am really glad this rivalry is back. Can't wait to see a great game and the best college band I have ever seen in A&T. At the Football Luncheon today Sweps said it was not that App was that bad but that A&T was that good. We will definitely have our hands full. I think our season starts this weekend and Saturday will tell us a lot about what to expect the rest of the way. Where is the best place to park at A&T? Anyone know.....this will be our first time at their Stadium.

I would suggest parking in a parking lot, that is usually a good idea PARKING Lot A3 (Aggie Stadium Lot), Lot A4 (Fitness and Wellness Lot behind the stadium) and Sullivan Street area directly in front of Aggie Stadium are credentialed lots. You must have the appropriate parking pass before parking in those three areas. General parking is located either at the Moore Gymnasium lot or the Memorial Student Union. Parking in those areas is free. TAILGATING There are three areas where fans are permitted to tailgate. The tailgate areas inside the Aggie Stadium parking lot and the Fitness and Wellness lot are prepaid spots. Gameday tailgating is located in the Laurel Street parking lot. Call the North Carolina A&T ticket office (336-334-7749) for pricing and availability.

If you arrive early, the best place to park is on campus in the main lot across from our student union. It is free and all you have to do in cut through the science building area to get to the stadium.

Basically, the lot is the blue area on this map between 44 and 34:

Has anyone read about the school chartering buses to the game for students?

We really hope Elon fans show up. This can be a great sporting event if the game attendance is up. I think our current athletic staff will keep Elon on our schedule if it makes financial sense. But fans have to show up at both campuses for games. Our facility at Aggie Stadium is first class and our fans are great.
I went to Boone last Saturday along with a bunch of Aggies...a lot more of us than App State ever brings to Greensboro. If we are going to keep these games on our schedules, there has got to be fan support. By the way the App State fans were great and you will get the same pleasant welcome from our fans. Hope to see you this Saturday. Aggie Pride!
