Was not able to find anything on E-Net. I would hope that the school would do it like they have done in the past

I'll be there with the family. I have to say that I find it ironic that you guys work to pick up the series after we started our nose dive, you wouldn't pick it up when we were playing well. Actually we have an all new administration now so a lot has changed. But we didn't put you on our schedule because you had, your words..."nose dive." Just in case you haven't been following the A&T football program these past 15 years, we've been awful. How many 0-for 12 years have you guys had lately? Two years ago when our new football coach came in we were on academic probation, could not hold spring practice, had limits on practice hours during the season and had very few scholarships. In fact, his first year coaching at A&T, we had 40 non-scholarship walk-ons playing. So we've been down "nose dive" road too. And we are not all the way back yet. So we understand what it's like to struggle but that's not why we scheduled you. We scheduled you because it just makes good sports sense. There are very few FCS teams around that are less than a tank of gas away. So it makes financial and competitive sense for us to play. The only problem I have is your fans don't show up for our game! And what you will find out about us Aggies...we will show up no matter who we are playing. Ask App State. But we cannot afford to keep playing games to empty seats however. So tell all your friends to come to Aggie Stadium and have a good time rooting for your team. And next year we will see you at your stadium...and we will be there in the hundreds! Aggie Pride!

Coach Rod Broadway is a fine coach and A&T made the right move to get him. BTW I am so glad you kicked ASU that Teachers college in Boone. It is now and We know both teams want and need a "W". I hope We can give Greensboro a Hometown feel after all WE Elon have our Law School there!!!

Good lord listen to the crickets! Come on folks, we play A&T this weekend! We had the SoCon's freshman of the week, and came off a rushing performance that nearly equaled the productivity of all last season. elonphoenix.com/news/2013/9/9/FB_0909134057.aspx

Looking forward to a good game, I love the night games, should also be great weather. I think this is a winnable game though its hard to gauge with FBS and DII vs a win over App. If we can limit the mistakes we have made in the past two games and get our running game going I think we will do fine. If A&T can force us to stick with the air game we could be in trouble. We have always had a great pass game but we need the run to sustain it.

A&T didn't have a particularly good night on offense at App. On a day we'd all like to forget, we ended up having more total yards of offense in our loss at GT. A&T's defense did step up pretty big returning an INT for a TD, and forcing one other. In the end, do what you can to win the game.
Their passing offense seems pretty suspect, but that is probably because their starting QB was suspended.
On paper, it does look like this could be an intriguing match up. The bad thing is, it's their home opener and they'll be pumped to play under the lights in front of a crowd. Not to mention they'll want to prove last weekend wasn't a fluke and go 2-0 versus the SoCon. I'd probably rather play them now, than later in the season one they are fully clicking.

From what I was told by someone after they watched the film, A&T played more disciplined ball than App. App made mistakes, A&T capitalized. A win at A&T will require: 1. A solid game plan. 2. Discipline in following the game plan & players doing their jobs. 3. Freshmen stepping up on the D line. 4. The secondary stepping up. 5. Good decision making by Quinn.

You can almost guarantee a couple thousand of us. BUT, a couple thousand of us at Aggie Stadium looks smaller than a couple thousand of you at Rhodes stadium.

A&T is doing a nice job of advertising on the local media outlets. too bad they lost almost all their home base of fans with purely awful seasons prior to last season's turnaround. sounds familiar? winning puts cheeks in seats watch Apps attendance in a few years. We do not want to be another stepping stone for anyone. Hell even Hamilton beat A&T I think?

This is a perfect game for both teams and schools. There's big questions on both sides...is A&T that good and can Elon beat the team that beat App State? It's been years since this game had this much anticipation. I hope my Aggies play well but most important I want this to be a big game in the future for both school.
By the way, if Elon wants to see a bunch of folks fully enjoying having a winning team, come to Aggie Stadium Saturday.

About a day and a half to game time, and I'm getting excited. This is probably the most ive been looking forward to a game this season. Looks like coach has been working on fixing our mistakes and has been trying to get us ready to compete against A&T's band. Wonder if we will bring our Band like we have in past. At least with A&T's win over app last week, our players will not be looking over them to our game with App
